Champ of Chomp is episode 15a of Fanboy and Chum Chum season 2.
Boog has been so good at Chimp Chomp for many days, and when he discovers there's a big record on the game to set, he tries to break the record but he winds up losing the proof. Fanboy and Chum Chum do their best to help Boog beat the record and present it.
Plot[]
Fanboy and Chum Chum are outside the Frosty Mart on their bike and quickly speed in, passing by Mr. Mufflin on the way and directing him to the aisle he's looking for. Once they get to the Frosty Freezy Freeze machine, Chum Chum checks his stopwatch and it only took them 2 seconds to get there, a new record!
Fanboy and Chum Chum are excited, when suddenly Boog interrupts them, saying they're just the nerds he wanted to see, because he needs their help. Fanboy and Chum Chum immediately refuse, assuming Boog wants them for another of his "weeklong noogie camps", which Chum Chum still has a bald from the last one. Boog explains he's close to beating the all-time Chimp Chomp record, but they still aren't convinced, and ask what's in it for them. Boog tells them that once he beats the record, they can tell all their "dweeb friends" that the hands that beat Chimp Chomp also beat them. Fanboy and Chum Chum agree now, because Chuggy is always bragging about how he was wedgied by a sultan, and now they'd have their own thing to brag about back.
In a quick montage, Fanboy and Chum Chum get their Chimp Chomp hats on, grab a wrench, drill, grease their hands & crack their knuckles, and then put a helmet on Boog. He continues playing Chimp Chomp, and after finishing a level he has a few seconds before the next one starts, so Fanboy and Chum Chum quickly replace his arms, give him a drink, some burritos, and clean the Chimp Chomp machine's screen, finishing just in time for the next level to start. After some more playing, one of Boog's arms pops, and he and the machine fall over. Fanboy and Chum Chum rush over, put both Boog and the Chimp Chomp machine back upright, and patch up his arm. He then continues playing, now on the final level, and after a few moments. Has won, and beat the record!
They all three celebrate, and Boog calls Chimp Chomp headquarters to report that he has officially broken the Chimp Chomp world record. However, when he tries to show the highscore list, Fanboy unplugs the machine. Boog freaks out and asks him why he'd do that, and Chum Chum explains it was so they could plug in the confetti canon. They then realize their mistake and that they just erased his record, and the guy at Chimp Chomp headquarters hangs up on Boog, telling Boog to stop wasting his time. Boog, Fanboy, and Chum Chum are all saddened by this. Then Chum Chum shoots confetti out of the canon and he and Fanboy are happy for a moment, though then go back to being disappointed.
Later, Boog is back to playing Chimp Chomp, trying to reearn his highscore. Fanboy and Chum Chum are still helping, but this time, Dollar-nator is there as well, recording Boog's playing so even if it gets deleted or anything again, they'll still have proof of the highscore. Dollar-nator plays around with the special effects on the camera, but Boog tells him to "just film it regular like, I'll provide all the special effects we need."
Everything is going well, when suddenly, The Burgle Brats step into the store. They yell for nobody to move, and everyone is shocked, including Lenny who was brooming the floor nearby and points out their wanted poster. The leader of the Burgle Brats, Murphy, then tells everyone to keep their hands up, and their mouths shut. Everyone listens, but Boog can't put his hands up, or he'll have to stop playing Chimp Chomp. Fanboy and Chum Chum tell Boog to keep playing, and Dollar-nator to keep filming, and then they go to take care of the Burgle Brats. Starting with Molly, Chum Chum sneaks up behind her then puts a binkie in her mouth and rocks her to sleep. Next is Joey, Fanboy sneaks up on him and swaddles him in a blanket, and after a moment Joey falls asleep too. Murphy then notices Boog and Dollar-nator don't have their hands up, and walks up to them. Boog tries to explain that he can't because he needs to keep playing, when Fanboy suddenly goes "Now Chum Chum!", and Chum Chum lets go of a rope causing a crib to fall over Murphy trapping him. He's angry, until a crib mobile hangs down above him, and he is mesmerized by it. Fanboy and Chum Chum high five.
Moments later Agent Johnson shows up to get them, and collects them in a baby pram, telling them they'll be doing hard timeout in the corner. He then leaves with the pram, and Boog runs over to Fanboy and Chum Chum telling them he has set the world record again! And Dollar-nator confirms he got it all on video, even switching to black and white at the end for dramatic effect. They all four celebrate, with confetti and all, when Agent Johnson returns. He grabs the camera from Dollar-nator, saying he'll be needing it for evidence. He then leaves again, for real this time. Dollar-nator questions if it was really necessary for Agent Johnson to unplug the machine too, and Boog is very upset by this.
It's now late at night, and Boog is yet again trying to re-earn his high score, though very exhausted at this point. Fanboy and Chum Chum are still helping, but now very tired and struggling to stay awake. They almost fall asleep, and Boog gets mad at them, they apologize and assure that they're awake. He then tells them to get him a cappuccino burrito, they start to fall asleep again and he loudly adds to not skimp on the steamed milk, startling them back awake. They then start running to go get his snack, but only for a moment before it turns into just slowly walking, and then basically just dragging themselves against the floor as they fall asleep again. However now they start sleepwalking, as well as sleep talking. Boog notices this and questions what they're doing, and Lenny tells him they're sleepwalking, Boog says to just wake them up but Lenny tells him it's dangerous to wake a sleepwalker. Boog says he can't do it without his pit crew, and Fanboy and Chum Chum then sleepwalk over to him. Fanboy lifts Boog up, and Chum Chum removes the coin slot of the Chimp Chomp machine with a drill. He then grabs a shovel and starts shoveling hotdogs into the Chimp Chomp machine. Fanboy drops Boog, but then Chum Chum shoves some hotdogs into Boog's ear, and after he stops, Fanboy hits Boog in the mouth, and then Chum Chum comes back playing a trombone and hits Boog in the face with it a few times. Fanboy then comes back and sprays Boog's face with cleaner and cleans it like it's the Chimp Chomp screen, and right after Chum Chum uses a jackhammer on Boog's foot, and then they both drop cactuses into his pants. Boog tells them to leave him alone, but being asleep they of course don't listen, and Fanboy gets Mitzi to kick Boog repeatedly. For a moment it seems like his score's been ruined again, but in fact, he just won yet again!
Fanboy and Chum Chum wake up now, and all 3 of them celebrate again. The world record guy Boog had called earlier is now here in person, saying he just had to see this new world record himself. Boog is proud of himself, until he mentions he isn't even talking about the Chimp Chomp record, and to win that you have to play on a regulated machine, and that the one Boog won with most certainly was not one. Boog, Fanboy, and Chum Chum are surprised, and then Dollar-nator reveals it's just him disguised as the Chimp Chomp machine, as Boog was so tired, he started playing Dollar-nator without realizing it. Dollar-nator apologizes, and Chum Chum asks what record was broken then if it wasn't the Chimp Chomp one. The record guy pulls out a hotdog shaped trophy, saying it's the record for the most amount of hotdogs eaten by a futuristic cyborg (the previous record was none). Dollar-nator is excited and accepts the trophy, saying it's the happiest day of his artificial life. Fanboy and Chum Chum are also excited and Chum Chum shoots off the confetti canon, Fanboy says he can't believe they know the machine that holds the hotdog world record, and Chum Chum says how he can't wait to shove Chuggy's face in it. In the background, through the Frosty Mart window, you can see Chuggy and Duke walking outside.
Fanboy, Chum Chum, Dollar-nator, and the record guy all run outside excitedly while Boog stands there in shock, though then calls for them to come back because he needs to bop somebody. However then he falls asleep from being too tired, but is still standing. Lenny sees Boog standing still and doesn't realize he's asleep and walks up to him, Boog then starts chasing Lenny like he's gonna attack him, and Lenny runs screaming. During all of this, through the window, you can see Fanboy, Chum Chum, Dollar-nator, and the record guy approach Chuggy and Duke, they dance around and gloat and Duke is also excited while Chuggy is shocked and sad. They then all run off screen, while Chuggy follows behind them sadly.
