Lemuel is an employee at the Frosty Mart who's a Season 2 recurring character. He's a bigger and stronger bully than Boog, even being able to bop Boog himself.

While he is a man of few words, he is very, very tough. Lemuel is a huge bully, worse than even Boog.
He's first hired in the episode The Big Bopper, and continues to appear occasionally afterwards. He often serves as a bodyguard for the Frosty Mart whenever it's needed.
